A foundation with poor load-bearing capacity can lead to considerable damage to the building, such as cracks in the masonry, jamming of windows and doors, sinking corners of the house or leaning of the house.
Subsoil stabilization by injecting synthetic resin (polyurethane or PUR) is the most economical and fastest solution for creating a stable house.
