The Challenge (Initial Situation): Constructing a new elevator pit required excavation within the groundwater table. The critical task was to seal the deep-set steel pipes designed to house the hydraulic cylinders against water ingress.
The SoilTec Solution: We executed a watertight sealing of the excavation. By creating a sealing slab and walls using injection technology, we ensured a completely dry environment for the complex lift installation.

The Challenge (Initial Situation): Connecting a new tunnel to the existing sewer canal required cutting through a sheet pile wall located below the groundwater table. The annular space between the wall and the pipe had to be sealed to prevent water ingress.
The SoilTec Solution: We executed a watertight sealing of the annular space. Our injection successfully blocked the groundwater, allowing the sheet pile wall to be opened safely for the construction of the connection tunnel.

The Challenge (Initial Situation): Active water ingress was detected through open joints in the diaphragm wall. Stopping this water flow was critical to maintain a dry excavation pit and ensure construction safety.
The SoilTec Solution: We successfully halted the water flow. By injecting expanding resin into the leaking joints, we sealed the diaphragm wall against water pressure, resolving the issue immediately.

The Challenge (Initial Situation): A specific section of a deep drainage filter (Ø 100 mm, 24 m deep) required sealing between 12 and 14 meters depth. This required extreme precision to block water flow only at that specific level.
The SoilTec Solution: We executed a high-precision sealing operation. Using specialized packers, we injected resin exactly at the required depth, successfully isolating and sealing the target section of the drainage pipe.

The Challenge (Initial Situation): The excavation pit for a new elevator shaft, located near the lakefront, was suffering from severe groundwater ingress. Stopping the water was essential to proceed with concrete works.
The SoilTec Solution: We successfully sealed the pit against groundwater. By injecting water-reactive resin, we created a watertight barrier, stopping the inflow and allowing the elevator shaft to be built in dry conditions.

The Challenge (Initial Situation): A dual challenge arose: the longitudinal facade required support against an adjacent excavation pit, and groundwater flow beneath the strip foundations needed to be curtailed.
The SoilTec Solution: We delivered a combined solution. We executed an underpinning of the facade wall to secure it. Simultaneously, our injections significantly reduced groundwater flow beneath the foundations, protecting the structure.

Key Project: Geothermal Drilling (Artesian Water)
Location: Schaffhauserstrasse 307, 8050 Zurich
The Challenge (Initial Situation): During the drilling of 15 geothermal probes, the team encountered artesian water (groundwater under natural pressure). This uncontrolled water flow threatened the site and required immediate containment.
The SoilTec Solution: We successfully sealed the artesian boreholes. Using pressure-resistant resin injections, we blocked the water flow within the annulus, securing the wells for the proper installation of the geothermal probes.
